You may not use the Pixel Gypsy Designs Web site as a means to advertise products, services, sales, etc.  You must use common "netiquette" and not post any annoyances such as chain mail, pyramid schemes, urban legends, viruses, etc.  If it is suspected that a user has joined this site in order to post information violating these terms of use, that member shall be banned without warning.  We reserve the right to remove, without warning, any postings that contain profanity, flaming, nudity, or of an offensive nature.  You must be kind and treat others with respect at all times.  If you are concerned that these terms are being violated or have any questions, please contact support@pixelgypsydesigns.com.

We cannot guarantee that any and all information posted in the Pixel Gypsy Designs forums and gallery is accurate and abides by these terms.  Posting is the responsibility of each individual user, and we may not immediately see an offending post or misinformation, or interpret it as such.  If you have a concern, please contact support@pixelgypsydesigns.com.

You may not post any copyrighted material.  Exceptions include material copyrighted to you, or posting copyrighted material with proper credit, including the creator’s name, and preferably with express permission by that creator.  You may not post anything vulgar, harassing, lewd, flaming, sexually explicit, or verbally abusive.  Offenders will be banned immediately.

When posting digital layouts, you must give proper credit.  For instance, "ribbon downloaded from ABC Digital".  You may not give the URL to another site. If anyone is found to be using the Pixel Gypsy Designs Web site as a means of advertising another sites store items, they will be asked to cease and remove all offenses, or as a last resort, will be banned.   

We reserve the right to remove any material that is found or suspected to be in violation of copyright, offensive, or solicitations.  We may do this without prior notice and at any time.  Members can be banned at any time due to violations.

You may not post a direct download link for items at PixelGypsyDesigns.com at another site or forum.  Post a page link, if allowed.

Under no circumstance may any product preview image posted on this website be used/displayed in any way without prior written consent from Sherrie Piegdon or an agent of Pixel Gypsy Designs.

All graphics and images contained in the kits and elements available on this site and elsewhere are copyrighted by the respective designer with all rights reserved. By purchasing a kit or any other element you are required to abide by the terms of this user license. All products downloaded/purchased from this Web site are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. “Personal Use” means that items are used for personal enjoyment purposes and may not be included in any product sold commercially, donated or otherwise distributed. If you are interested in a Commercial Use license for a product, please see the Commercial Use section below.

The Personal Use license that accompanies your download is extended to any computer within the legal address of the person who purchased/downloaded the product and extends to any relative living within the legal address of the purchaser (i.e. mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, granddaughter, grandson, etc). Products MAY NOT be transferred to a computer within any other residence of another person other than that of the purchaser, no matter what the relation to the purchaser.

If you would like to share a free product offered on this Web site with someone, it is acceptable to provide a link to this Web site where that person may download the product.

Commercial Use License
Occasionally, certain products on this Web site will be offered for purchase with the option of purchasing an additional, flat-fee Commercial Use license. Please see the Commercial Use product description for details on guidelines for these products. If you are interested in a Commercial Use license for a product that does not have a Commercial Use license available, please use the contact form located on this Web site. Charity Product Donations
